Therapeutic coaching offers a unique blend of counselling and coaching practices, providing a supportive way to explore your emotions and begin a journey of self-discovery and healing.
Career coaching is a dynamic, results-driven approach that empowers you to build the career you aspire to. It focuses on where you are now, defining your professional ambitions, and mapping out the steps to achieve them.
Life coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented process designed to help you create the life you want. It’s about identifying where you are now, where you want to be, and what steps you can take to bridge the gap.
Selecting the right coach is critical in making the changes you are seeking to make, that is why our Coaches offer completely free introductory sessions ranging from thirty minutes to one hour.
This is a time for us to meet, answer any questions, and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
